Retaining almost the entirely of their 2016-2017 roster, UCLA Overwatch Premiere is entering the arena for the Collegiate Starleague Summer Overwatch Tournament. Led by coach-turned-player Harsha "Harsha" Bandi, the current iteration of the roster shapes up to be one of the best Collegiate Overwatch rosters in the nation.

Harsha is well known in the Overwatch community as a producer of professional Overwatch content, having worked with and coached several professional teams. Favoring Genji, Harsha is a projectile DPS player but can flex to Roadhog if required. Filling out the remaining roster are hit-scan DPS player and star Brad "raxa" Jiang, flex player Sehee "Kabosui" Jeong, tank player Justin "Justin" Ching, support player and former captain Ryan "CAPTA1N" McNicol, and flex player Peter "Seyhyun" Park. The roster is further supplemented by flex players Leon "PikaChief" Chang, Erick "CAPTAINROLF" Corona, and Jordan "DemFiends" Roessle.

Raxa has built a reputation in the UCLA community and the competitive community for his undeniable talent, favoring Widowmaker and McCree but proficient on every DPS hero. Raxa also moonlights as one of the core players of the highly ranked UCLA CS:GO team, placing top 4 in North America this past year in Toronto. While Raxa is widely considered the ace of the squad, UCLA was renowned during the regular season for their versatility, intelligent positioning, and aggressive dive play. With veteran player and highly ranked Eli "Blaze" Baier being replaced by the relatively unproven Peter "Seyhyun" Park, it remains to be seen how UCLA will stack up against the competition come summer.

UCLA Overwatch Premiere plays every every Saturday and Sunday starting on July 8th 2017 at 12:00PM PST. Follow our social media for stream links!
