UCLA League of Legends JV was formed in 2015, laying the foundation of a competitive Junior Varsity program at UCLA. Featuring diamond players Christian Pelayo, Brian Pang, Sunny Yen, and Alan Nguyen, along with master tier ADC Mustafa Arsiwala in its first iteration, the team would qualify for the Collegiate Starleague Division 1 playoffs, where they would lose in the first round to future Riot ULoL Champions, Maryville University.

With the formation of Esports @UCLA, UCLA League of Legends JV will feature more robust infrastructure, regular practice, and a farm system for future UCLA League of Legends A team members. UCLA JV competes in the Collegiate Starleague Junior Varisty Program every Saturday at 12:00PM.
